* All folks that register will receive recordings of each session!* Join us as we journey into the heart of ancestral fermentation secrets, channeling the wisdom of our grandmothers and honoring the land that sustains us. Led by Herbalist Renk Kocturk, this series will gently guide participants through the art of fermentation, empowering their kitchen witch’n practice, and expanding their knowledge on fermentation and preservation as not just food—but a connection to the deep wisdom of nature, building resilience in our food systems, and ensuring that our communities thrive through sustainable practices. This series includes four Live Zoom sessions, featuring guided hands-on tutorials, storytelling, and opportunities for group connection and knowledge exchange. All participants will also receive written guides and access to session recordings. In this series, you'll learn how to make: * Gut-healing sauerkraut and spicy pickled veggies * Heart-healing oxymel infusion, for grief support * Nervous System supporting Kombucha * Solar-infused seasonal jams, blending sweet and savory flavors Sliding scale pricing is available for QTBIPOC and those affected by the fires in and around the LA area.
