EndedOnline

Course Details

Join herbalist Renk Koçtürk for a 3-hour online immersion, where storytelling and folk herbalism weave ancient practices in the kitchen. Together we’ll craft fire cider for immunity, oxymels for the winter blues, gut-loving sauerkraut, spicy pickles, and seasonal jams to carry summer’s sweetness into the colder months. This is not just food but a connection to the deep wisdom of our ancestors and nature, building resilience in our food systems and honoring the unique medicine and knowledge each of us brings to the virtual space. Infusions are timed around the Fall Equinox so they are ready to support body, mind, and spirit with the seasonal shift. Participants will leave with recipes, the recorded session, and practical skills to nourish themselves and their loved ones through the winter season.
